Having previously owned high-end vacation homes in Arizona and New Mexico, we were delighted to find that staying at this place felt just like being at home. Our family loved it so much that we plan to stay here again, especially since our son lives in the area. We found Jason’s place to be exactly what we were hoping for: a private retreat near downtown Boulder with ample land. This is a beautiful home in a dreamy location! I had a lot of questions as we booked this home for a staff retreat, and Jason was amazing to work with. He was very communicative and responded right away each time I reached out and was always very helpful and accommodating. We had easy access to go for short or long hikes to balance the working sessions and still felt like we were basically in the heart of Boulder for dinners downtown. 10/10 recommend!

What a beautiful and spacious home! Jason was a wonderful host… extremely responsive and helpful and kind. The house was beautiful, and located so close to Pearl and all the action. There were gorgeous hiking trails right outside the door, and the property itself was amazing. We had a large group and always felt like we had tons of space. THANK YOU to Jason for allowing us to have such an amazing weekend with family and friends. This made CU Boulder parent’s weekend even more special!

I highly recommend this property for any group looking for a relaxing and picturesque stay in the Boulder area. From the moment we arrived, Jason made us feel welcome and taken care of. The house itself is stunning, nestled on the side of a mountain and surrounded by natural beauty. We even had the pleasure of seeing deer grazing nearby one evening! The view from the living room window was simply breathtaking, and we enjoyed listening to the sounds of an evening shower with the windows open on our last night. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this mountain retreat in Boulder! The open floor plan with vaulted windows, unique chandelier, and cozy fireplace in the living room created a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The master suite was a real treat, with stunning views and all the comforts of home. Downstairs, the layout of the bedrooms was perfect for accommodating larger groups while still providing plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen, living room, and dining room were well-appointed and perfect for cooking, congregating, and entertaining. The property itself was simply amazing, with several areas to enjoy the quiet outdoors – from a tiered patio with a fire pit to an outdoor deck off the living room, or a dip in the pool. The hosts were gracious and provided a detailed outline of tips and recommendations for hiking, town attractions, and restaurants. They were also readily available if we needed anything during our stay. We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful and unique property and highly recommend it to any group!
